Every once in a while, we have the opportunity to offer a vehicle that truly stands apart, and this incredible 2006 Pontiac GTO is unquestionably one of them. Finished in beautiful Torrid Red over Black leather, this final-year GTO has traveled an almost unbelievable 262 original miles since new. This is not a restored automobile or a car that has been brought back to life after years of use—it is an exceptionally preserved, virtually untouched example that has simply never been driven. Purchased from California and originating in North Carolina, this GTO has remained one-family owned since new and comes with an impressive collection of original documentation and records supporting its history. Under the hood is Pontiac's legendary 6.0-liter LS2 V8, paired with the highly desirable 6-speed manual transmission. The LS2 was GM's 364-cubic-inch Gen IV small-block and was used in performance vehicles including the GTO and Corvette. In the interest of describing our vehicles as accurately as possible, we will point out the one noteworthy cosmetic imperfection we have found: there is an approximately one-inch touched-up scratch on the front bumper. It is difficult to notice when walking around the automobile and requires a close look to see. Beyond that minor imperfection, this GTO is simply remarkable and the photographs speak for themselves.
